Eight tips for eating well:
1. Base your meals on starchy food - source of your energy.
2. Eat a lots of fruits & vegetables - source of fibre, minerals, vitamins and antioxidant.
3. Eat more fish - an excellent source of protein and contain vitamins and minerals.
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar - avoid eating too many fatty and sugary food if possible.
5. Try to eat less salt - no more than 6g a day.
6. Get active and try be a healthy weight - daily routine excercise.
7. Drink plenty of water - 6-8 glasses a day.
8. Don't skip breakfast - to give us the energy that we need to face the day.
